How to print backgrounds?

First you have to realise that printing backgrounds is a browser setting and as such could not be embedded in your code at the site. Every user will have to turn on background printing in their own browser. Here is how to do it in Windows based browsers:

IE:
Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Printing -> check Print background colors and images

Mozilla and NN:
File -> Page Setup -> Format & Options -> check Print Background (colors & images)

Opera:
File -> Print Options... -> check Print page background
