Phone Manager Pro 4.2.22 Hunt Group call transfer issue
Posted: 10 Jun 09

This issue affects transfers from Hunt groups that have Collective Call Waiting turned on in the Hunt Group Ring Mode settings in IPO Mgr 4.2.14, when the hunt group members are handling calls using PMP 4.2.22.

When a hunt group member is in the process of transferring an active call and a second call comes in, the complete transfer button used in PMP will be grayed out and the hunt group member cannot complete the transfer via PMP. This only affects hunt group members of hunt groups that have Collective Call Waiting turned on who are using PMP to handle calls.

Avaya is aware of the issue and the developers are working on it. (No resolution as of 6/10/09)

If Collective Call Waiting is turned off, the hunt group member in an active call cannot see the next incoming hunt group call in PMP. The only workaround is not to use PMP for call handling.
