Phantom DN

Create A Personal DN for agents.

I keep forgetting how to do this so thought I would writ5e it down here.
Step 1.
Create a phantom set with the DN required for the agent. set CFW 4 and anyother FDN etc for voice mail.
step2.
In symposium use this DN as the phantom/personal DN.
step 3.
On the handsets progrtam a DN key different to the phantom.
Example. Agent personal DN 3456 On handset have SCR 53456 I use the extra 5 to differntiate.
To check its working. Loginto the handset and print the TN of the personal DN, should now show CFW 4 53456 showing all calls going correctly.
